STONE DROPPED IN STILL WATERS

My dear reader, this site has already been moved to http://crislorenzana.com/

See you there!

Creating Ripples

Wishing Well, Chocolate Hills, Bohol

It is Sunday, 19 July 2009 2:25 AM.

You might wonder why I am still awake at this late hour.  The truth is I am extremely tired.  I facilitated 5 whole day trainings this week with only Friday as rest (sit down) day.  Last Monday, I was with the very young and enthusiastic seafarers of PACC Shipping.  I talked to them about Working Effectively Across Cultures.  Tuesday and Wednesday, I was with the wonderful members of the Pandacan Depots Services for a 2-day personal and professional development program.  Thursday, I was with some managers (former colleagues and friends) of the Comfac Global Group for a 1-day program on Transformative Leadership.  And Saturday, I was with the very warm management team of F.Tech Manufacturing Phils., Inc. for the first half of their High-Impact Presentation and Facilitation Skills.

I almost feel breathless trying to squeeze all these in but I need to.  All of you – beautiful people of these 5 days – REALLY made my week despite the very strong presence of typhoon Isang.

Thank you for making this week one of the most fulfilling weeks in my life.  For the first time, I felt like a huge stone dropped in still waters… I cannot help but smile in gratitude as I imagine how far the ripples may go…

  1. Hi Cris, you are so blessed. You have already found your opus. You may not know it, but you have inspired me a lot. I am so happy to meet you. You have already founded a company, your passion actually, the outlet for your perfect self expression. And people can just feel your passion. I do.

I am now in the process of finding mine. Please include me in your prayers, that like you, I can finally have enough strength and courage to pursue it relentlessly and passionately as if it is a matter of life and death. Actually it is, right?

Again, thanks for so much inspiration.

    With much gratitude,
    Yeng

    • My dear Yeng,

Thank you so much for the very heartwarming words. I am indeed blessed and you are one of my many blessings. I am grateful for the opportunity of having added fuel to the fire that is already burning brightly within you. It is really like ‘inspiring the inspired.’

I am certain that you too will soon celebrate your own opus. Enjoy the process because much of the joy really comes from the journey. With the little time I spent with you, I experienced your depth and passion. You are a great leader. May you continue to inspire more people to become their very best.

      With loving wishes,

      Cris
